Anti Corrosion Technology (ACT) provides experienced consultancy services in materials selection and corrosion control to it's clients from the design phase to the decommissioning phase on new projects and maintain potential projects in the following capacity:
1. Review and approve inspection reports for clients. Ensure plant compliance to specific integrity management systems and activities with all statutory requirement and safety case;
2. Anomaly assessment and management within specific client’s CMMS and IDMS system;
3. Developing Inspection and Maintenance Plans for facilities;
4. Risk Based Inspection review and assessment process execution – Asset Integrity Management (AIMS) programs. Providing integrity engineering expertise based upon knowledge of mechanical engineering practices, asset operating environments and processes, and the likelihood of failure and associated consequences;
5. Developing asset integrity plans for Integrity Critical Elements;
6. Developing Written Scheme of Verification and Written Scheme of
Examination;
7. Provide expert Turnaround Inspection personnel during statutory turnarounds execution – offshore and onshore deployment.
ACT is also equipped to provide the following services:
